CMB was contracted for a unique project: installing custom cladding on a rooftop access stairwell at Sheridan College’s Trafalgar campus. Transforming the industrial appearance to match existing structures was the goal. After modifying the structure for the new cladding, CMB installed a two-tier cladding package from Agway Metals. The outcome was a remarkable change, enhanced aesthetics and a seamless blend with the campus. Despite challenges with a tight timeline, limited space, and access issues, CMB’s team achieved the transformation within budget and on schedule, ready for the 2018-2019 school year.
