This 16,000 sq. ft. pre eng building addition was commissioned by a growing bakery equipment manufacturer in Brantford, Ontario. This building was constructed to house a state-of-the-art stamping machine to meet the demands for their equipment. This project had a very specific footprint to fit the lot and many considerations to the design that had to be taken to ensure the most efficient use of the space. An interesting layout for dock and overhead doors was the result and has served the client very well since completion.
