This 13,000 sq. ft. facility was erected by CMB for the ever-growing company Penske Logistics. This facility is comprised of 4,000 sq.ft. of office space, a 3,000 sq.ft. storage mezzanine, a drive-through facility in every bay of the building and a drive-through hot wash bay for trucks returning from the road. This building was fully designed with an insulated metal panel wall and roof system, providing incredible thermal values for today’s energy code requirements.
