Facility Expansion
Constructed with a full galvanised steel package supplied by Behlen, the canopy was built for durability and long-term weather resistance, while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic. A key design element was the custom wall-to-roof transition, which allowed for seamless integration with the existing facility.
The layout was strategically planned to facilitate pull-through traffic flow. This design enables multiple vehicles to access the unloading zone simultaneously, significantly maximising efficiency and minimising customer wait times.
This project serves as a prime example of how thoughtful design and quality construction can directly improve daily operations and elevate the customer experience within the self-storage industry.
