Our History

CMB Erectors was founded in August of 2016 by Clinton Benn after recognizing a gap in the industry for medium-sized metal building projects that required the same quality, safety, and diligence as larger builds.

Upon researching and watching the industry, Clinton realized it was a viable opportunity to create CMB with the focus of servicing clients who require buildings that are between 5,000 sq.ft. and up to 100,000 sq.ft.

Clinton achieved his journeyman status after attending the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology for The Ironworker – Metal Building System Erecting program (2014) and has over ten years in the pre-engineered metal building erection industry (commercial/industrial).

CMB is a corporation operating from two central locations including: Brantford, Ontario and Edmonton, Alberta. Our service areas include but are not limited to; the golden horseshoe, Southwestern Ontario and as far east as Kingston and Ottawa in Ontario and Edmonton, Airdrie, Red Deer and as far north as Fort McMurray in Alberta.
