In 2019, CMB Erectors completed a pre-engineered lean-to addition for Samuel Steel in Brantford, Ontario. Designed to enclose a continuously operating stamping scrap conveyor, the structure provides critical weather protection for both the conveyor system and its connection point to the main facility.
Working in collaboration with Abcott Construction and using components supplied by Butler, our team erected the lean-to with precision, ensuring it accommodated the conveyor’s side-to-side motion while maintaining operational efficiency.
Though modest in scale, this project played a key role in supporting Samuel Steel’s production workflow—demonstrating how targeted, well-executed steel solutions can improve performance and protect essential infrastructure.
