In 2020, CMB Erectors completed a 50-unit storage facility for Crosby Self Storage in Elgin, Ontario, as part of their expanding presence in the Kingston area. The structure was designed with both durability and visual appeal in mind, combining a dual-slope profile with a standing seam roof and moulded mullion cladding.
Supplied by Olympia Steel Buildings, the pre-engineered facility offers a clean, modern industrial aesthetic while meeting the rigorous demands of a commercial self-storage operation. The standing seam roof ensures long-term weather resistance, and the cladding adds both protection and architectural character.
