In early 2020, CMB Erectors Inc. completed the erection of a 60,000 sq. ft. Steelway building for Skyline Industries in Brantford, ON. This mono-slope facility, strategically located near Highway 403, was developed as a flexible leasing opportunity to support the region’s booming warehousing sector.
Designed to accommodate up to six tenants or be customized for one or two larger occupants, the layout offers a smart blend of private access and shared efficiency. Each potential tenant benefits from their own dock door, overhead door, and dedicated office space—ideal for logistics, warehousing, or light industrial operations.
The building also features a striking curtain wall entrance and an expansive clear-span interior, maximizing storage capacity and enabling smooth movement throughout the space. With a standing seam roof and modern steel design, this structure delivers both form and function.
