Facility Expansion

This state of the art food grade warehousing facility features a full SB10 roof and wall system complete with 5 18’ x 5’ strip windows to allow for natural light, a full-height interior liner package with an expandable rafter endwall.  The building’s connection design features a large full bay step, which was heavily reinforced to account for the potential snow loading at the connection to the existing building. A parapet wall connection as well as a block wall mechanical room, were all seamlessly integrated into the building’s overall design. This building offers 45’ clear heights on the interior, allowing for the tall racks and abundant finished material storage in a temperature-controlled food grade facility.
