Cold Storage Facility

This freezer facility was constructed for a rapidly growing logistics company. This 130,000 sq.ft. pre-eng building encompasses two separate temperature-controlled buildings for the storage and shipping of food products. This building features 40’ ceiling heights and 12 large penthouses on the roof for the HVAC equipment required to maintain a temperature beyond -25 celsius year-round.
