Facility Expansion
In 2021, CMB Erectors partnered with Cargill to deliver a 6,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building addition at their Guelph, Ontario facility. This expansion was designed to support Cargill’s growing operational needs, featuring a standing seam roof system and a full-height liner package for enhanced durability and thermal performance. The project also included the installation of a new overhead door and a custom canopy, providing both functionality and weather protection for loading operations. Despite the challenges of working within an active facility, our team completed the project efficiently and safely, ensuring minimal disruption to Cargill’s daily operations.
