Storage Buildings
In 2019, CMB Erectors Inc. completed the erection of two Steelway buildings at a General Contractor’s main yard in Brantford, ON. This expansion addressed the growing need for more space to store materials and prepare construction equipment for deployment.
The project featured two mono-slope structures: one at 4,000 sq. ft. and the other at 5,600 sq. ft. Both buildings boast a standing seam roof and a full-height interior liner package, providing a clean and durable finish. These structures were designed to maximise storage capacity while also offering functional workspace to keep project timelines on track.
With Vicano managing construction and Steelway supplying the building packages, the result is a pair of robust, low-maintenance structures. They are now vital components of the contractor’s daily operations, providing the necessary space and infrastructure to support a busy, high-output business.
