CMB was awarded the erection of a full Steelway building package addition to Manchester Pets. This client required additional dock doors to be added to their growing supply business as well as freezer space to maintain critical food storage on site for daily deliveries. This 8,000 sq.ft. Steelway building features a large drive-up overhead door for loading of larger items and crates into the facility. As well, two additional dock doors were added alongside the existing doors that remained in constant use. The challenges of this project were keeping the client active daily with their deliveries and outbound trucks as well as creating a safe and efficient work environment for the install crews. Upon completion, Manchester Pets was able to more than double their ability to load trucks and ship products in a given business day.
