Air Canada Cargo Expansion

CMB was contracted for the Air Canada cargo terminal at the Trudeau International Airport. Initially planned as a fabric sheathed structure, client management opted for a conventional approach requiring a custom purlin and girt system for the chosen heavier cladding. CMB contributed to designing and installing the custom secondary and trim package. The east end features 3 fabric quick lift doors for efficient vehicle access. Despite changes, the project was on budget and became operational in July 2018.
