This was a clear span building allowing for as much space as possible to service the trucks the clients business is based around.

This building features Overhead doors in each of the service bays to allow for maintenance and repair of the service vehicles used in the operations of the clients business. The owner had this building designed with the idea of adding a mezzanine in the front of the shop to incorporate his administrative office needs and in doing so had five windows put in to allow for natural lighting.

CMB completed this project ahead of schedule, and on budget.
