In early 2017 CMB Erectors was contracted by Krawford construction (Edmonton, AB) to erect a new vehicle maintenance shop for their client CW Carry on their property at 50th street and the WhiteMud highway. The purpose of this facility was to allow them to replace an existing, aging building that they had outgrown.

The new build will help them to maintain multiple service vehicles at one time as well as utilize the overhead crane to facilitate more complicated heavy duty repairs that otherwise may have been contracted out of house.

With the hopes of keeping their maintenance entirely in-house, the interior height of this building will allow them to use any extra space for storage racking. CW Carry will have the ability to access all items at any height with a forklift highlighting the usefulness of a clear span build.
