Upon completion of the initial build at CW Carry (Edmonton, AB) CMB Erectors were contacted by Krawford Construction for client improvement work, a structural steel mezzanine complete with stairs and hand rails, 8 large windows and a structural opening to facilitate a make up air unit.

A structural steel mezzanine added to the interior of their space creating a location for most of the heating and cooling units. Elevated storage space keeps the main level of the building functional for its designed use.

The owners requested eight windows and one large framed opening to add to the exterior of the building.

The windows allow more natural light into the building, and the structural opening allows the heating and cooling ducts to pass through the exterior wall to join to their respective units on the exterior of the building.

The window and mezzanine project was completed on time, and on budget.
